My first job in television came at KOMU-TV in Columbia, Mo. While at KOMU, I also learned how to be a part of a new show that talked to people worldwide. The show was called U_News@4 w/ Sarah Hill, and its debut was September 12, 2011. U_News@4 was an all interactive show that tried to get the viewer involved. The show did live hangouts via Google Plus, and we also talked about what's trending on Facebook and Twitter. One thing we've learned how to do with our new show was to make Storify slides for television. Storify is an interactive tool that lets you tell a story using Facebook, Twitter, and Google.
